LEOPARD
Leopards are the strongest of the large cats, considering their size, with the widest range of habitat. They live in Africa and southern and eastern Asia.
They can run at speeds of over 35 miles per hour and are usually active only at night, except where their local prey are active during twilight hours.
Leopards have been eliminated from 37% of their historic range in Africa. 12 countries in Africa allow hunting and export of leopards.
